Senior Project Manager Role

Job Description:

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for the timely and successful delivery of projects with exceptional quality. Your primary role will be to serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the project timeline from initial design to final execution.


  • Proficiency in understanding drawings (2D/3D) of various disciplines such as Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.
  • Ability to identify design discrepancies and foresee potential execution risks.
  • Validation and review of work orders, BOQs, drawings, etc.
  • Preparation of detailed project execution schedules highlighting inter-dependencies between tasks.
  • Regular site inspections and remote monitoring to ensure quality control.
  • Ensure all quality and timeline requirements are met.
  • Provide technical inputs and instructions to Site Supervisors/Project Executives.
  • Keep customers informed about site updates in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between designers and customers during the project's execution stage.
  • Update project trackers and summaries, and share weekly progress reports with stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions, and implement them end-to-end.
  • Maintain high-quality standards by ensuring Checklist and work method statements are followed at the site.
  • Collaborate with internal functions on key initiatives such as SOPs, pricing, and new projects.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and address their concerns in a timely manner.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Management Graduate or Construction Management degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong background in Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture with 6+ years of experience.
  • Deep understanding and appreciation of home renovation site execution.
  • Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and predict potential risks.
  • Process-driven project management professionals with quick problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of ownership and learning aptitude.
  • Past experience in Project Management or Operations is essential for this role.
  • Preferably worked with Ops-focused startups.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and possess strong data analysis skills.
