We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Finance Business Partner to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and collaborating with commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with commercial teams to drive Franchise business and liaise with franchise partners on commercial arrangements.
  • Support contract execution, updates, and renewals with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enable AOP delivery on Volume, NSV, and Pricing, ensuring accurate invoicing and billing.
  • Follow up on payment collection and monitor overdue payments, cross-verifying royalty calculations and commercial terms.
  • Assist with partner account management, payment reconciliation, and clearing entries.
  • Act as a query response mechanism, providing business context for timely resolution.
  • Prepare finance committee and/or executive committee documents, including ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution and maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.

Experience and Key Skills:

  • CA/CA Inter/CMA with 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
  • Strong in business partnering and collaboration.
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP.
