Business Partnership Opportunity

About this role:

We are seeking a business partnership professional who is passionate about innovation, next-gen technologies, and the future of technology in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate has demonstrable relationships with executives within the GCC landscape, focusing on Pharma and CRO industries. A strong focus on customer-centricity, eagerness, and experience in successfully growing and partnering with clients are essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer profiling, account planning, and setting revenue/margin targets by services line at the account level.
  • Navigating accounts to identify various deals, building internal consensus, and prioritizing opportunities.
  • Anchoring client meetings and pursuing opportunities generated with pre-sales, partner units, and external partners.
  • Mentoring account teams and working closely with delivery leadership to provide developmental feedback.
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
  • Expertise You'll Bring:
  • Hunting & Farming experience with CRO's and/or Pharma. Demonstrable existing relationships with executives within the GCC landscape with a focus on CRO and Pharma industries.
  • Demonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets.
  • Experience in driving pursuits for large-size proposals and client relationship management – managing relationships with key client personnel and senior client stakeholders (CXO -1, -2, -3 levels) within client organizations.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing a portfolio of over $5-10Mn. Experience in reviewing sales plans/pipelines with leadership to ensure target achievement.
  • Strong knowledge of the business environment and norms to spot opportunities and ensure conversion to business as per client needs.
  • Strong managed services & large deal sales skills, particularly in outsourcing and transformation deals.
  • Knowledge of selling concepts, principles & guidelines esp. deal closure, handling objections, etc.
  • Knowledge of value articulation principles including client ROI and appropriate storyboarding techniques.
  • Knowledge of Client context and client engagement guidelines including organizational sensitivities to consistently look for new solutions.
  • Understanding of the impact of industry trends, competition nuances and offerings, sectoral priorities, relevant regulations, etc.
  • Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge and is highly motivated to sell Engineering services and solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and Consultative skills. Ability to manage in a complex matrix environment.
