About This Role

At the forefront of innovative product development, we seek an accomplished Product Manager to spearhead our customer financing and EMI product stack. Ideal for seasoned professionals who have honed their skills in building loan or EMI experiences within fintech, lending, or credit-focused startups.

Key Objectives:

  1. Oversee the development and scaling of customer-facing and internal EMI workflows from loan application to disbursement, tracking, and reconciliation.
  2. Identify pain points in the financing journey and create intuitive, compliant, and efficient tech solutions.
  3. Drive integrations with NBFCs, banks, PSUs, and internal loan management workflows to ensure fast and reliable financing access for customers.
  4. Design a modular, flexible financing platform that reduces time to market for new lender integrations and EMI plans.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  1. Own the product lifecycle for financing flows including EMI applications, eligibility checks, document collection, and status tracking.
  2. Drive integrations with lending partners via APIs, portals, etc. for disbursement, webhook handling, and reconciliation.
  3. Gather insights from customers, sales teams, and EMI operations to define problem statements and prioritize product solutions.
  4. Write PRDs, define user stories, work with engineering and QA to deliver features on time.
  5. Monitor funnel performance and identify improvement areas.
  6. Collaborate with legal/compliance teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security protocols.

Requirements:

  1. 2-4 years of product management experience, with at least 1-2 years in financing, lending, or credit-related domains.
  2. Strong understanding of EMI workflows (KYC, eligibility, document collection, sanctioning, disbursal, repayment).
  3. Prior experience building bottom-up or 0-to-1 fintech workflows is a strong plus.
  4. Familiarity with workflows involving APIs, webhooks, and integration with financial partners.
  5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and execution ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working at a fintech, NBFC-backed startup, or lending product team.
  2. Exposure to backend workflows such as LOS/LMS systems, collections, or reconciliation.
  3. SQL or analytics comfort to track metrics and identify drop-offs or bottlenecks.
  4. Prior work on making EMI/loan products more inclusive, fast, and scalable.
  5. Experience working with agile teams with a focus on iterative product development.
