Job Description
  • A Transformation Finance Leader will guide the finance transformation journey of an organization. The role requires a deep understanding of finance processes, strategic finance areas, and digital tools. Expertise in leading functional workshops to understand key finance processes, risks, gaps, and inefficacies is essential.
  • The Transformation Finance Leader should have hands-on experience in operating model design & implementation, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, process optimization, and governance setup. Strong understanding of Finance maturity assessment models and Target Operating Model design and rollouts are also required.
  • The leader must have exceptional core consulting skills (navigating client asks, convincing, softer areas on rapport building, trusted advisor). A financial mindset to understand and deploy right pricing for deals, managing project financials meeting/exceeding targets is crucial.
  • The Transformation Finance Leader will lead a team and project workstreams, manage timelines, resources, and project economics.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership skills to lead a team and project workstreams.
  • Experience in finance transformation required.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes, strategic finance areas, and digital tools.
  • Hands-on experience in operating model design & implementation.
  • Exceptional core consulting skills.

  • Ability to coach and guide the project team.
  • Manage project staffing and utilization ensuring meeting / exceeding targets.
