Program Manager - Finance Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Manager to lead our finance transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program strategies and roadmaps to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage multiple key initiatives around AOP cost transformations, AI and Automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, global enterprise programs, and other finance related programs.
  • Creation of project plan with clear action items & milestones.
  • Create and monitor program budgets and resource allocation.
  • Manage global stakeholder engagement and communications of project plans and status, risks and escalations, and project deliverables.
  • Identify and remove obstacles for implementation of projects to ensure timely execution.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees if requested.
  • Align project portfolios with organizational financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide executive-level oversight of critical Order to Cash transformation initiatives.
  • Anticipate and respond to changing strategic priorities and provide impact in prompt fashion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in a finance or related field.
  • Strong understanding of finance transformation initiatives and their impact on business growth.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive program strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
