  • As a seasoned finance transformation professional, you will be responsible for leading high-impact initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.

  • This role requires a strong understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting, as well as experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.

  • You will work closely with stakeholders to manage change and ensure alignment with business goals. This includes facilitating workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder communications.

  • In addition, you will lead project teams in delivering finance transformation initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and project deliverables effectively.

  • To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of implementing finance transformation projects in complex environments, as well as certifications such as CPA or CFA.

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields is required, along with 5-8 years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, or finance consulting.
