About the Role

We are seeking a senior executive to lead our group of companies specializing in HVAC, cleanrooms, and turnkey EPC projects for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.

This strategic leadership role will drive business growth, operational excellence, and profitability while ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the EPC business in HVAC, cleanrooms, and allied solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of EPC projects in the pharma and life sciences sector, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization through effective project management.
  • Lead business development initiatives, expand client base, and strengthen relationships with pharma and life sciences clients.
  • Ensure operational excellence through resource optimization, quality control, and process improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams across the group companies.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Education: Bachelor's / Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 18–25 years of proven experience in EPC projects for HVAC, cleanrooms, and pharma/life sciences facilities.
  • Strong expertise in managing large-scale projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements

You must possess:

  • Strong business acumen with P&L ownership experience.
  • Deep knowledge of EPC project execution, HVAC systems, and cleanroom construction.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to scale businesses and manage multi-site operations.
