Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our people operations in India. This role encompasses talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage the entire employee lifecycle, including payroll inputs, benefits, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, contracts, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events to boost morale and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance redressal.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and provide clarity to employees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of progressive HR experience in India, covering major HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll systems, and data analytics for HR reporting.
