Job Title: Netsuite Quality Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team as a Netsuite Quality Analyst. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of our Netsuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) and eCommerce integrations.

As a Netsuite Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, writing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases, scripts, and test plans. You will also perform end-to-end testing of NetSuite SCA and other eCommerce integrations, automate regression tests for key eCommerce workflows, and build and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

Additionally, you will validate API integrations, log and track issues in defect tracking systems, and work closely with the development team for resolution. You will also conduct regression, functional, smoke, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT), support test automation in CI/CD pipelines, and advise on automation best practices.

Our ideal candidate will have relevant 3+ years of experience in QA/testing roles, with a mix of manual and automation testing. They will also have experience working with NetSuite (SuiteCommerce or SCA) and understanding of core ERP/eCommerce flows.

The successful candidate will possess solid knowledge of test automation tools/frameworks, experience writing and maintaining automation scripts in JavaScript, Python, or Java, and strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

They will also have experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI, familiarity with test management platforms and version control systems, exposure to NetSuite scripting, workflows, and integrations with platforms like Shopify or Magento, and experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, write, and maintain manual and automated test cases, scripts, and test plans.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of NetSuite SCA and other eCommerce integrations.
  • Automate regression tests for key eCommerce workflows.
  • Build and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.

Requirements:
