The Transformational PMO Lead will be responsible for delivering the PMO's services, ensuring GPG processes are aligned with organizational goals, and providing insight across PMO data. Key responsibilities include governance and pipeline management, reliable information supported by organizational learning, and milestone, benefit, risk, and issue monitoring.

Salary:

We offer an estimated salary of ₹25 lakhs per annum based on industry standards and market conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have 8+ years of experience working within a department/enterprise-wide PMO, enterprise PPM tools expertise (Clarity preferred), data analytics skills, and experience with dashboarding tools like PowerBI. Additionally, you should hold recognized portfolio, programme, or project management qualifications and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
