  • Driving the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
  • Addressing employee concerns, mediating workplace conflicts, and supporting a positive work environment.
  • Supporting talent planning, internal mobility, and succession planning to meet workforce needs.
  • Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Ensuring HR practices are aligned with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Partnering with business teams to implement organisational changes effectively and efficiently.
  • Identifying training needs and collaborating with L&D teams to implement development programs.
  • Leveraging data to generate insights and make informed HR decisions related to attrition, productivity, and engagement.
  • Acting as a custodian of company culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
