Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

Overview

This role is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the soft skills of employees in a BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement comprehensive training strategies to improve communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop engaging training content, including role-plays, simulations, and case studies tailored to the BPO industry.
  • Collaborate with operations and HR teams to align training objectives with business goals.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation and outcomes.
Requirements
