Job Overview

You will play a pivotal role in developing our financial infrastructure and ensuring seamless financial operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Finance Associate.

  • Perform daily accounting and book-keeping according to established guidelines (GAPP, US, IndAS or IFRS).
  • Understand our business operations and settlement processes, support trade operations by performing daily/weekly/monthly reconciliations & attestation procedures.
  • Develop and implement processes, policies & procedures, control frameworks as needed.
  • Hands-on experience working in an ERP environment like NetSuite, Oracle, SAP etc.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and relevant accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Day-to-day accounting and book-keeping.
  2. Supporting trade operations through reconciliation and attestation procedures.
  3. Developing and implementing financial processes and policies.
  4. Providing hands-on experience with ERP systems.
  5. Maintaining strong knowledge of financial products and accounting standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Accounting Graduate degree with a Professional certification in accounting (Chartered Accountant/CPA preferred).
  • Prior experience of 3-7 years in a similar industry (Banking, Broker-Dealer etc.) with Trading division experience.
