Job Title: Financial Infrastructure Expert

About this role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to work on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in the tourism and infrastructure sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, particularly in the development of financial models for PPP projects in tourism, infrastructure, and urban development sectors. They will be responsible for evaluating and recommending suitable PPP options and project structuring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling: Develop and analyze financial models for PPP projects in tourism, infrastructure, and urban development sectors.
  • PPP Option Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend suitable PPP options and project structuring strategies.
  • Bid Process Management: Support bid process management, including preparation of tender documents and developer selection.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders from Central/State Governments, PSUs, and International Financial Institutions.
  • Strategic Financial Advisory Services: Provide strategic financial advisory services throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 years overall, with at least 3 years in financial modeling and structuring of PPP projects, and projects in the Tourism / Infrastructure sector for government or international agencies.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada (speaking and reading) is mandatory.
