System Integration Specialist

The role involves end-to-end project execution and management of integrated building management systems (IBMS), mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services, and central chiller plants for large-scale infrastructure projects. The engineer will be responsible for coordinating design, execution, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure efficient and reliable plant and building operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution & Coordination: Ensure project milestones are met as per schedule by coordinating with vendors, OEMs, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Manage MEP Works: Oversee installation, testing & commissioning of central chiller plants, air handling units (AHUs), cooling towers, pumps, valves, piping, and controls.
  • IBMS Integration: Integrate IBMS platforms with chillers, HVAC equipment, electrical panels, and safety systems.
  • Technical Review: Validate system architecture for BMS, HVAC, Chiller Plant Manager (CPM), SCADA/DCS, and utility monitoring systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Essential Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water plants, pumps, AHUs, fan coil units, valves, and utility systems.
    • Hands-on experience in IBMS integration protocols.
    • Project execution experience in data centers, hospitals, airports, and large commercial buildings.
    • Familiarity with electrical panels, PLC/DCS, variable frequency drives (VFDs), uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), diesel generators, and power monitoring systems.
    • Knowledge of energy efficiency standards and green building codes.
  • Good To Have:
    • Exposure to Chiller Plant Manager (CPM) systems and optimization software.
    • Experience with IoT/AI-based smart building platforms.
    • Certifications in HVAC, IBMS, Energy Management, or Project Management.
