Reliable Infrastructure Specialist

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITIL processes, automation, deployment pipelines, and system observability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes in line with ITIL best practices.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, Terraform, and OpenShift.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement containerization, observability, and business continuity planning strategies.
  • Perform server builds, patching, and provide technical support across environments.
  • Conduct performance testing using tools such as LoadRunner, Octane, LambdaTest, JMeter, and ALM QC.
  • Utilize monitoring and deployment tools like Grafana, UrbanCode Deploy, and AppDynamics to ensure system performance and availability.
  • Support disaster recovery drills, remediation of software vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing clear communication and problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
  • Hands-on expertise in deployment and automation tools (Jenkins, Harness, Terraform, OpenShift).
  • Proficiency in performance testing and monitoring tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux server administration.
  • Proven ability to manage high-availability systems and disaster recovery planning.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
