System Reliability Engineer Position

This role is for a skilled individual who can work on building and maintaining our core trading platforms. As part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an integral part of our systems engineering team, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance, minimize downtime, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Develop and manage automated processes to streamline system maintenance and reduce manual errors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of Linux system internals, kernels, memory management, file systems, network I/O optimization, and bash scripting.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Front Office Trading Floor or related application support.
  • Good knowledge of financial instruments, including experience in managing front-to-back trading lifecycle and familiarity with order life cycle.
  • Experience with electronic trading platforms and OMS/EMS systems.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, including Incident, Problem, and Change management.
  • Experience with system monitoring platforms.
  • Proven expertise optimizing systems for lowest latency performance and productionizing trading systems from initial concept to full deployment.
