System Infrastructure Specialist

We're seeking an experienced System Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT operations team. Our mission is to deliver high-quality services and drive business growth.

  • Maintain seamless IT operations and service delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include escalating daily operational issues, overseeing tasks, and ensuring proper documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with the business to address changes or requests and provide support in solving incidents and problems.

This role requires building effective relationships, ensuring continuity in service provision, and restoring required services in case of disruption. You'll also manage third-party vendors, monitor IT equipment conditions, and build/provision IT hardware.

To succeed in this position, you'll need 8-10 years of IT experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of Active Directory, Window Server OS, Virtualization, and other relevant technologies.

A successful System Infrastructure Specialist must be passionate, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks effectively.
