We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Care Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, respond to emails and phone calls in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Keep customers informed about shipment status and any exceptions that may occur.
  • Promote additional products and services to existing customers.
  • Handle customer requests related to sustainable practices.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience in the shipping and logistics industry, with a thorough understanding of import and export procedures, operations, and customer handling.

A successful candidate will be skilled in effective communication and negotiation, able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing reports, sending them to customers, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
