Job Title: SCCM & Intune Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as an SCCM and Intune specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of managed devices by patching Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS-es, Microsoft Office, and monthly third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain secure managed devices by patching Windows 7 and Windows 10 OS-es, Microsoft Office, and monthly third-party applications
  • Design and deploy Windows 10 images for new installations and re-imaged devices
  • Manage the lifecycle of Windows 10 images, including maintaining them up-to-date with OS updates, driver updates, application and settings updates/addition/removal
  • Utilize SCCM to manage adjacent Microsoft services integrated into the SCCM console, such as Office365, Adobe, and other third-party catalogs/updates, Windows Hello for Business, BitLocker provisioning, Edge, Microsoft Defender, and support any new useful integration

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge in Inventory Management, Software distribution, Patch Management, and Image Management using SCCM and Intune
  • Develop, standardize, and implement Microsoft SCCM solutions
  • Design and deploy medium to large-scale SCCM environments (single to multi-tier sites)
  • Sound knowledge on various Imaging engines and Windows 10 imaging technology
  • Develop custom deployment scripts (VBS, batch, etc.)
  • Handle test and release of applications and patches using SCCM
  • Knowledge of SCCM Client management Suit all Levels
  • Able to resolve tasks escalated by L2 teams
  • Able to create custom scripts for gathering inventory from clients
  • Excellent working knowledge of the following within SCCM 2016
  • Create/import applications and packages within SCCM
