Job Description\

We are seeking a seasoned Product Designer to spearhead the development of intuitive and secure user experiences for our cutting-edge communication platform.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully translating complex AI security features into elegant and user-friendly interfaces that cater to diverse user groups, including B2C and B2B customers.

\Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead UX/UI design strategies across mobile, web, and dashboard platforms.
  • Streamline user flows to enhance overall experience.
  • Translate AI-driven security features into accessible and usable interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive design systems and reusable components.
  • Rapidly prototype and test concepts using Figma/Framer/Rive/Miro/Adobe CC.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams.
\Experience:
  • 6-10 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in startups/SaaS.
  • Proven success in shipping both B2C products and B2B platforms, including dashboards and enterprise tools.
  • Background in designing complex systems, such as chat and call functionalities.
\Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC.
  • Familiarity with motion/interaction prototyping (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar).
  • Comfort with responsive, performance-first design across devices.
\Soft Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and system thinking.
  • Empathy for emerging markets and fraud-sensitive users.
  • Passion for design's role in shaping secure digital futures.
\Qualifications:
  • Degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Detailed portfolio showcasing shipped products and case studies.
