As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for creating and validating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that bring simplicity, trust, and impact to digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain design strategy and user experience aligned to business and product goals.
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fi delity designs using Figma and Miro.
- Define and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency.
- Partner with Product Owners to convert epics and user stories into design deliverables with clear acceptance criteria.
- Conduct end-to-end user research: interviews, field visits, surveys, and usability testing with users.
- Translate feedback into actionable design improvements, balancing usability, accessibility, and technical feasibility.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years designing for mobile-first products at scale.
- Proven experience shipping rural customer-facing or mass-market apps with measurable adoption and engagement impact.
- Hands-on experience conducting field research and usability testing with diverse user groups.
- Expertise in Figma / Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Strong command of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
