Job Title: Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Product Designer to join our organization.

  • This role is responsible for creating user-centred designs for digital products that meet the needs of end customers.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in their work.

This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into compelling user experiences.

The successful candidate will provide key inputs for the development of a globally scalable SaaS product.

Key Skills and Expertise:
  • UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts and validate ideas with stakeholders and users.
  • User Research: Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify user needs, pain points, and preferences, and integrate findings into the design process.
  • Iterative Design: Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the usability and effectiveness of our products.
  • Visual Design: Develop visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and graphic elements, to enhance the visual appeal and branding of our products.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, prioritise design goals, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across our product portfolio.
