Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day ERP operations. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Farvision and be responsible for managing workflow, supporting users, and contributing to process optimization within the Farvision environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and Oversee ERP Operations: Manage and oversee day-to-day Farvision ERP operations across modules (Sales, CRM, Finance, Purchase, Inventory, Projects, HR, etc.).
  • Data Entry and Validation: Handle data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • User Support: Provide support to end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to Farvision ERP.
  • MIS Reporting: Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • ERP Enhancements and Troubleshooting: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Financial Management: Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking using Farvision.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to new team members on Farvision ERP processes.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Farvision ERP Experience: 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience in Farvision ERP.
  • Business Process Knowledge: Good understanding of real estate / construction business processes.
  • Module Proficiency: Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • MS Excel Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Graduate in Commerce / Management / IT / Finance (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, etc.) or equivalent.
  • Industry Experience: Prior work experience in real estate, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage.
