Job Title: Business Growth Leader

A key position focused on helping the organization expand by qualifying and capturing new business opportunities in both public and private sectors.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop teaming, pricing, and proposal strategies for all capture lifecycle activities.
  • Identify potential market opportunities through market scanning and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements.
  • Review and qualify RFIs and RFPs, driving the proposal process forward.
  • Prepare written proposals by developing concepts, gathering and formatting information, writing drafts, and finalizing submissions.
  • Maintain reference databases for technical, management, and past performance data.
  • Develop compliant and compelling content leveraging industry knowledge.
  • Conduct after-action reviews for all contracts, documenting lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • Capture-related experience in Federal or State procurements.
  • Proven track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the Public Sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, logical, and persuasive documents.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including cost and financial understanding.
  • Familiarity with GSA and other Federal Schedules.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. English, Journalism, Communications).
Skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize, lead, and manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
  • Capacity to meet planned and unplanned deadlines.
