
Growth Strategist Leader

About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will spearhead efforts to drive growth and expansion across fintech products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth Planning:
- Develop comprehensive growth strategies for various acquisition and engagement channels including mobile app, website, and monetization use cases.
- Partner Management:
- Manage relationships with key partners like Google and Meta to optimize growth campaigns, platform integrations, and new feature launches.
- Collaborate with merchant partners to facilitate co-marketing and promotional activities.
- Experimentation & Innovation:
- Drive growth by designing and scaling experimentation frameworks, leveraging beta tools and new features introduced by partners.
- Continuously identify and integrate emerging growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with analytics, product, and finance teams to monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and iterate marketing strategies accordingly.
- Leadership & Mentorship:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous learning and results.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other growth tools.
- Expertise in agile project and sprint management methodologies.
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, referral programs, and add-on product marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable growth plans.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Personal Loan monetization is preferable.
- Familiarity with fintech products, regulatory environments, and customer behavior.
- Hands-on experience with growth-related tools and platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
