Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished project leader to oversee cross-functional initiatives involving business and IT. The ideal candidate will possess 8–10 years of experience in project management, accompanied by strong leadership and communication skills.

This role demands exceptional stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Cultivate collaboration among internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain vigilant oversight of project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate steering committee meetings and project status updates.
  • Monitor budget allocation, resource utilization, and project performance metrics.
  • Maintain and share project documentation with relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with business and IT teams on process improvements and systems integrations.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of project management experience spanning business or technology domains.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) or other ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
