Senior Creative Leader

As a senior creative leader, you will be responsible for guiding our design team in developing innovative and effective visual solutions that drive business outcomes.
About the Role:- You will lead a team of designers to create high-quality creative work that aligns with client objectives and requirements.
- You will collaborate with account managers to understand business goals and develop design briefs through research and data analysis.
- You will think creatively to generate new ideas and concepts, and present them confidently to stakeholders.
- You will maintain a well-crafted portfolio that showcases your skills and experience.
- 6-8 years of experience in design with a strong background in advertising agencies.
- Extensive proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with additional software skills a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coach and receive coaching.
- Able to function in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
