Senior Architect

A visionary leader in architectural and interior design, responsible for driving project success from concept to completion.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive architectural and interior projects, ensuring seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Oversee site supervision, ensuring design quality and timely completion, while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project delivery and maximize value.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers and architects to enhance their skills and contribute to team growth.
  • Drive business development and revenue generation through strategic planning and execution.

Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, minimum 5 years of relevant experience, strong portfolio showcasing design and execution capabilities, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills, and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.
