As a seasoned senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving engineering excellence across the organization. Your expertise in code quality, automation, reliability, and performance will be instrumental in shaping our software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and dashboards to streamline SDLC efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive technical excellence.
  • Champion continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices; automate build, test, and deployment pipelines to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Promote and facilitate adoption of modern development practices such as test-driven development (TDD), pair programming, and code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance engineering onboarding, knowledge sharing, and documentation standards to improve team cohesion and reduce knowledge gaps.
  • Analyze key metrics (e.g., deployment frequency, mean time to recovery, code coverage) and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Serve as a liaison between engineering, DevOps, QA, and product management to align on technical goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of engineering practices, tools, and technologies to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Mentor and train engineers on best practices for writing maintainable, scalable, and secure code.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and tools to continuously enhance engineering effectiveness.
