Chartered Accountant - Strategic Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience to join our consulting team in a strategic financial leadership role. This position offers an opportunity to work strategically, financially, taxation, and regulatory matters, and contribute to diverse projects across industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Oversight: Deliver strategic financial direction to client businesses and drive sustainable growth through key initiatives such as greenfield projects capital deployment, business profitability evaluations, and margin optimization.
  • Decision-Making Support: Advise on key financial decisions and conduct in-depth evaluations of business profitability and margin optimization to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting & Ind AS Advisory: Enhance financial reporting standards, ensuring alignment with Ind AS, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, including compliance with statutory matters and audit readiness.
  • Succession Planning Advisory: Assist founders and promoters in designing and executing succession strategies, ensuring long-term business continuity and company stability.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Guidance: Provide advisory services on direct and indirect taxation, FEMA, and Companies Act compliance tailored to client operations, including coordination with clients' internal compliance teams.
  • Regulatory & Taxation Advisory: Offer integrated advice on tax and regulatory frameworks applicable in relevant jurisdictions, including structuring joint ventures with international partners and conducting valuations in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Assistance in Business Restructuring Initiatives: Assist clients in planning and implementing business restructuring initiatives, including mergers, demergers, entity structure conversions, and operational efficiency enhancements.
Position Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-2 years post qualification experience in similar profile including articleship experience in audit and taxation.
  • Experience in Managing Clients: Experience in managing clients with a turnover exceeding Rs. 200 crores in the manufacturing sector.
  • Preparation of Financial Statements: Must have experience of preparing financial statements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
