As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with businesses to ensure long-term sustainable growth.
- Develop and finalize Annual Operating Plans, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Drive the agenda of Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews, collaborating with leadership teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and share updated Rolling Forecasts on a monthly basis, facilitating timely discussions and informed decision-making.
- Focus on quality revenue growth, analyzing drivers of growth and optimizing inventory levels and working capital management.
- Analyze and drive competition insights, leading to market-beating growth and return-on-investment optimization.
- Evaluate and drive business deals that align with strategic objectives, ensuring accurate incentive calculations for sales organizations.
Financial Performance Evaluation
Review and analyze business performance against key financial drivers and metrics, ensuring alignment with annual operating plan targets.
- Deliver revenue and EBITA targets through financial reporting and analytics, driving EBITA improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate critical metrics, highlighting areas for effective action and driving better product mix.
- Identify and implement pricing and COGS reduction opportunities to improve gross margin, while implementing cost containment plans for effective fund utilization.
- Report variance in actual vs. AOP vs. last year, achieving sustainable growth and providing performance insights.
- Publish monthly dashboards to drive growth and improve profitability.
SOP Implementation & Controls
Lead the implementation of SOP improvements, simplification (including automation), and better control measures to ensure business operations are streamlined and compliant.
- Automate reports using IT platforms to reduce manual processes, save time, and improve compliance and quality.
- Identify simplification areas and implement processes to drive improvement in Bias for Action.
- Partner with consultants/auditors to drive business SOP improvements/audits, ensuring relevance and enforceability in the given business environment.
- Ensure adherence to existing SOPs and Delegation of Authority, evaluating deviations and initiating corrective actions as needed.
