">Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end financial management, setting strategic direction and delivering outcomes.
  • Take ownership of commercial, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, compliance, and ESG functions, working through empowered functional heads and Group shared services.
  • Drive market expansion in priority geographies, including India, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia, with a focus on Oil & Gas and new verticals such as Defense, Railways, and Infrastructure.
  • Build a predictable order book and margin profile by negotiating long-cycle contracts and key accounts.
  • Implement manufacturing improvements, enhancing throughput, OEE, yield, and first-time-right quality while deploying capital expenditure with IRR/ROI discipline.
  • Lead digital transformation, institutionalizing data-driven governance through S&OP, SKU profitability, cash conversion, and vendor scorecards.
  • Strengthen supply chain resilience by developing vendors for alloys, including duplex and super duplex, and implementing strategic sourcing.
  • Establish a high-performance culture with clear KRAs/KPIs and a strong leadership bench, prioritizing safety and compliance.
  • Represent the company externally, maintaining brand and governance standards.
