Head of Growth Marketing

We are seeking a senior marketing leader to drive demand generation and pipeline creation for our B2B and B2G businesses.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with exposure to B2G/government marketing preferred. They should possess a strong background in cybersecurity, SaaS, enterprise technology, or GovTech, and a proven track record in ABM, digital marketing, PR, and events.

The Head of Growth Marketing will be responsible for:

  • Demand Generation & Funnel Management
  • B2B (CyberSecurityForce) Growth
  • B2G (CyberDome) Growth
  • Content & Messaging
  • Analytics & Marketing Ops
  • Agency & Team Leadership

The key performance indicators (KPIs) for this role include generating 300-500 marketing qualified leads (MQLs) per month (B2B), 50-75 qualified government leads (B2G), achieving an MQL → sales qualified lead (SQL) conversion rate of 20-30%, and influencing a pipeline of ₹50Cr+ annually.
