Digital Growth Strategist

We're looking for a skilled Digital Growth Strategist to join our team.

About the Role

This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on execution to generate measurable outcomes in digital growth. You'll work across multiple brands, identifying opportunities, experimenting quickly, and optimizing results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth initiatives across websites, SEO, local listings, content, remarketing, and conversion optimization
  • Prioritize speed-to-experimentation and velocity-to-impact
  • Build and refine systems that generate and convert demand across digital channels
  • Design and execute agentic workflows that free up time for higher-value strategic and creative work
  • Work with agencies and partners, holding them accountable to real business outcomes
  • Surface insights through reporting, and translate data into smart, actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal team members on high-priority projects across brands
  • Proactively identify emerging tools, trends (especially AI-driven), and strategies that give us a competitive edge
  • Build, optimize, and scale AI-powered workflows to accelerate content, testing, and insights, while continuously improving agent performance through prompt engineering and iteration

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital marketing roles where you owned or influenced results across SEO, paid, content, or CRO
  • A track record of identifying growth levers and acting on them quickly and effectively
  • Strong business acumen: you make decisions that align with growth, profitability, and lead quality
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and hold partners to account
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation tools to deliver measurable outcomes such as reducing manual workload, increasing content output, or improving lead conversion rates. You've designed or deployed workflows using tools like Zapier, N8N, Lindy, Claude, or OpenRouter—and you can explain how you made them better over time.
  • Deep curiosity and initiative—you bring ideas, try new things, and don't wait to be told what to do
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward forward motion
  • Familiarity with programmatic content, digital PR, scalable local SEO strategies, and automated outreach
