Technical Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Service Specialist to join our fast-paced team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Install and maintain inverters, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Conduct remote and on-site troubleshooting to resolve inverter issues and defects.
  • Collect and analyze data on after-sales support cases, providing valuable insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry, with a strong background in inverter technology.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel frequently, up to 50% of the time.
