The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics and electrical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry. They should be self-motivated, energetic, and able to communicate effectively with customers.

In this position, you will be required to:

  1. Install and maintain inverters, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
  2. Provide customer support through phone calls and emails, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  3. Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot and repair inverters, when necessary.
  4. Collect data on after-sales support cases and report to management.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry, with a strong focus on technical support and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Able to travel frequently (50%+ per year).
