Job Title: Contract Renewal Specialist

This role is focused on delivering operational excellence, meticulous record-keeping and task management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of writing and preparing supporting renewal documentation and quotes.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Preparation:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare contract quotes and supporting documentation for client renewals.
  • Analyze client data within internal and external tools to gather necessary information.
  • Work with colleagues to identify actions needed to support a successful renewal process.

Relationship Building:

  • Build strong working relationships across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Foster open communication to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, executing and analyzing data to drive renewal success. Key qualifications include:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM and renewal management software (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
  • Data-driven approach with a commitment to understanding the renewal lifecycle.
  • Presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
