Job Title: Projects Engineer - Solar Power Plants

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Projects Engineer to join our team in overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of solar power plants across Maharashtra.

About the Role:

  • Plan, track, and execute solar projects from conceptualization to completion.
  • Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for all solar projects.
  • Oversee installation, execution, and handling of solar projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Evaluate and improve project operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Conduct site visits regularly to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Provide support to the Purchase, Store, and Billing departments as required.
  • Submit regular reports to senior management, highlighting project successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of solar power generation systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project Management tools.
