Renewable Energy Project Leader

This leadership role will oversee the end-to-end execution of solar water pump installations across multiple states. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a network of field installation partners, ensuring seamless workflows from surveys to claims submission within strict timelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Ensure timely and compliant project delivery through effective partner management, process optimization, and quality control.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a state-spanning project team with structured reviews, adherence to SOPs, and strong accountability frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with government officials, farmers, installation partners, and internal customers to resolve delays and ensure approvals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, refine SOPs, and implement corrective measures to ensure smooth project delivery.

Education & Experience

  • Preferred Sectors: Renewable Energy, Solar EPC, Infrastructure Projects, Government-Scheme Execution
