This role is responsible for driving financial process standardization and improvement, working closely with Finance teams and PPM leadership. Key areas of focus include business requirement prioritization, delivery governance, and strategic decision making.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of finance processes and a strong background in change management. You should be able to analyze complex systems and data, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization, influencing at all levels and driving cultural change. This includes being a skilled communicator, able to articulate complex ideas in simple terms, and being comfortable operating in ambiguous environments.

This role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar business area or industry, with a proven track record of delivering process standardization and improvement. Preferred qualifications include a Change Management accreditation and Finance professional qualification (CA, ACA).
