Job Title

A senior finance analyst is required to lead a regional performance reporting team and provide advanced analytics support to senior management.

  • The role involves providing insights on key business metrics, collaborating with stakeholders in Frankfurt on various topics, and guiding junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Germany Regional performance reporting team to support analytics and guide junior members in the team
  • Presenting to senior management on performance analytics that drives decision-making processes
  • Conducting cost deep dives for tracking and monitoring cost targets
  • Presenting annual planning and monthly forecasting reviews
  • Providing analytical support for senior management deliverables like business reviews, executive decks, performance review meetings, and entity reporting topics
  • Collaborating with other regions for alignment, standardization, and process improvements to achieve finance strategy goals

Requirements:

  • CA/MBA in Finance with 8-12 years of experience
  • Strong financial analysis and management reporting skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to think laterally
  • Proactive, diligent, and able to partner with other teams to resolve issues
  • Ability to work with multiple data sources and confidence in figures and presentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • Highly motivated individual able to work in tight deadlines and without supervision
  • Advanced exposure to Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory
  • Ability to solve process issues by creating solutions via automation to drive efficient working setups
  • Flexible mindset to work in a challenging and rapidly changing business environment
  • Team management experience is preferable
