Job Title : Senior Manager – Finance and Accounts We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Finance and Accounts with an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong focus on processes, a team-oriented attitude, and excellent presentation skills to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2 C) industry.

As a senior member of the Finance team, the Senior Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Location: Pune (Baner)Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Oversee accounting operations, develop and implement internal control policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.

Coordinate with external auditors and consultants by providing required documentation, responding to findings, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Contribute to financial and legal due diligence processes and perform under high-pressure scenarios.

Assist in the development and implementation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Monitor budget adherence and work closely with department heads to optimize spending.

Ensure alignment with relevant accounting standards, laws, and financial regulations.

Manage cash flow and liquidity to support both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals.

Monitor receivables, payables, and overall working capital to maximize efficiency in cash utilization.

Design and implement strategies to mitigate cash flow risks and ensure financial stability.

Conduct monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations.

Identify process synergies across Cash, Intercompany, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions and implement industry best practices.

Handle investor queries and prepare board-level presentations and financial reports.

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–15 years of experience in a similar leadership role.

Prior experience in a startup environment is preferred.

Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and create department-specific SOPs in line with accounting standards.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software/tools.
