Job Title: Branch Operations Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Branch Operations Officer. This role is responsible for the efficient management of mortgage loan applications, from initial assessment to final approval or rejection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mortgage Loan Processing:

We are looking for an individual who can ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage loan applications, including reviewing financial documents, assessing creditworthiness, and making recommendations for loan approval or rejection.

Credit Assessment & Risk Analysis:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in conducting comprehensive credit evaluations, utilizing risk analysis tools and credit models to evaluate the potential risk and profitability of loans.

Loan Approval/Rejection:

This role requires strong communication skills to communicate decisions clearly to clients and work with them to explain the reasons for approval or denial.

Mortgage Loan Structuring:

We need someone who can propose appropriate loan terms, interest rates, and repayment structures tailored to the customer's financial profile and organizational guidelines.

Customer Interaction:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with mortgage-related queries, ensuring they are well-informed about loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment plans.

Portfolio Management:

This role involves monitoring the performance of the mortgage loan portfolio, tracking payment delinquencies and defaults, and recommending corrective actions or adjustments for any non-performing loans.

Reporting & Documentation:

We require an individual who can prepare regular reports on mortgage loan applications, approvals, rejections, and portfolio performance for management review, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all mortgage transactions.
