About the Role

As a seasoned Field Service Specialist, you will work independently to manage complex schedules and travel plans.

  • Utilize sound judgment and decision-making skills within established practices and policies.
Main Responsibilities
  • Manage field inventory, tools, test equipment, and technical documentation efficiently.
  • Presentation of accurate field service reports, expense reports, and service checklists in a timely manner.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with senior-level colleagues and sales teams effectively.
  • Demonstrate expertise in instructing and training customers on technical operation, maintenance, and software upgrades.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Electronics, Biomedical Electronics, or Telecommunication required.
  • Holding a Diploma or Engineering degree in Electronics, Biomedical Electronics, or Telecommunication is mandatory.
  • Previous experience as a technical field service professional is highly desired.
Additional Criteria
  • Familiarity with Operating Theaters (OT) is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Work Environment:

  • The role involves approximately 80% travel requirements.
