Academic Counsellor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one academic counseling to students, helping them choose appropriate courses and prepare for competitive exams.
- Guide students in setting realistic academic goals and creating study plans.
- Monitor student performance and address any academic challenges or personal issues affecting their education.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on time management, study skills, and exam preparation.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to understand course requirements and curriculum changes.
- Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions and student progress.
- Communicate with parents to provide updates on students’ academic growth and address concerns.
- Stay updated on career trends, entrance exams, and educational developments to provide accurate guidance.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an academic counselor, preferably in a coaching or educational institute.
- Strong understanding of competitive exams and academic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle stress effectively.
- Familiarity with education-related software or tools is a plus.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
