Sales Strategy and Execution

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve AUM targets in the Central and West regions. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve AUM targets
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets within the region
  • Monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to adjust sales strategies
Client Relationship Management

The Sales Leader will be responsible for managing key client relationships, including institutional investors, financial advisors, and high-net-worth individuals. This includes ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and delivering value-added services.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Asset Management or Financial Services
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a regional role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Deep understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and the asset management industry
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹25-35 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
