Data Driven Insights Creator

We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics solutions using TIBCO Spotfire.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Spotfire dashboards and analytics solutions tailored to business needs.
- Work closely with data engineering and business teams to define data models, transformation logic, and visualization strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for coding, performance optimization, and version control.
- Collaborate with business users, analysts, and senior management to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Implement data integration workflows using Spotfire's scripting (IronPython, TERR) and automation services.
- Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability across large datasets and user bases.
- Maintain technical documentation, data governance standards, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7–11 years of overall experience in BI and analytics, with at least 5+ years in Spotfire development and architecture.
- Strong command over Spotfire features including custom expressions, calculated columns, data functions, and advanced visualizations.
- Proficiency in SQL or Python for scripting and data manipulation.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in leading teams and managing project deliverables in an Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data lake architectures.
- Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
