This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a People Analytics Intern. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR processes and strategies.
You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. Your primary duties will include building and maintaining dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience, and retention using tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.
In this role, you will partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives. You will also ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Dashboard and Report Building: Build and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience, and retention using tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.
- Stakeholder Partnerships: Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.
- Data Quality and Communication: Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights for decision-making.
- B-Tech/BE or B-Tech/BE + MBA degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mandatory working knowledge of Excel (SQL - Good to have).
- Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau.
